For all those who love chilies, here is an authentic Maharashtrain Hirvi Mirchi cha Thecha as called in Marathi. It is prepared in Maharashtra in all villages and is served in the authentic Maharashtrain thali all over. It is also more popular in Kolhapur, known as Kharda. In villages farmers have it with Jowar roti as they take it to their farms for lunch. It is very easy to prepare and not for the people who like mild spices. My mom taught me this preparation and I just love this chutney. Most of you must have eaten this chutney and don’t know how to prepare it, here is the recipe for the same.
